In 2004 my home insurance firm notified me that my coverage was going to be dropped, the new carrier Tower Hill insurance Group (out of Gainesville Florida) required a roof inspection in order to qualify to be underwritten for the new policy. I had an older shingle roof and I was told that it was in their opinion I would most likely need to have the roof replaced completely.
First of all I wasn’t really budgeted for a re-roof however I had too pass the re-inspection to get my wind storm policy enforce again. So fortunately I found the solution Mr. Anthony Meurer, President of the Roof Shield System which is understood in the industry as complete roof tile mitigation (wind resistant) & water resistant protective coating process, so I had it installed.. A second inspection on the roof received a passing grade and I was reinsured through the Tower Hill Insurance group In my eyes I considered to have much more than a new roof, I could see that it far exceeded my previous shingle roof first of all since I could see that it was completely seamless, although I could still see the shape of the shingles, and it looked really good, and then a little while later I started to notice that my electric bill was considerably less than before. Then Hurricane Wilma hit our area in 2005 and all the homes in my neighborhood had large sections of tiles blown away but mine was completely intact. The story goes on soon thereafter my Insurance company Tower Hill Insurance tore there rear view mirror off and ran like hell out of Florida and I had to get re-insured again, I was going to have to get another carrier and re-inspection, so I decided to call Citizens Insurance company and subsequently there roof examination passed with flying colors and was picked up by them a few days later. I continue to enjoy my Roof Shield System to this day I’m truly indebted to Mr. Meurer for his professional crew, his great product and the overall incredible value I received.

As you know I live in a half duplex in Cooper City and I used your company to weatherproof my 40yr old flat concrete tile roof. The outcome was phenomenal. Not only did my roof survive 2 direct hits from Hurricanes Katrina and Wilma I did not loose a tile or have a leak. My neighbor who is attached and was asked to weatherproof theirs as well, did not and had all sorts of leaks and tiles fly off. I told them to use your service and now they will pay the expensive cost for repairs, which I will not have to do. Anyone needing another way to secure your roof and make repairs at the same time should definitely use your services. Proof is seeing for yourself and believe me I saw for myself. Out of 4164 sq ft of flat (broom swept) cement tile "I'm the only roof on Thornbluff that did not loose any cement tiles, or sustained any damage what so ever on my roof"
After Wilma roared through here my roof was perfect, I saw all my neighbors lost tiles except me and It still looked like the day they did the job "We heard the tiles hitting the walls and the roof throughout the night and early morning. The wall on the south west exposure had my next door neighbors tiles laying in pieces against it on the ground, there were visible marks on the wall however I didn't see any marks or damage on the roof they probably just bounced off"

About five years ago I got my roof completely sealed with the ROOF SHIELD system at the time I had several leaks and I was very skeptical. I have not had any leaks since the product was applied. Most recently it was really put to the test by hurricane Wilma. Not only did I make it through the storm without a single leak, I also did not loose a single roof tile, unlike many of my neighbors. The roof on my next home will definitely be getting your roof protection system.

I had your coating applied to stop some leaks last year on my roof I had no more trouble with the roof after your work was done. Then Hurricane Wilma knocked down some large trees onto our roof, we had to have a crane remove one of them, they said it may have weighed over 2 tons. When they removed the main tree the area it had been laying on crushed the tile, but the pieces were all held together by the coating and it was surprisingly easy to repair. In spite of the enormous impact of the trees to our amazement we did not have any major leaks. Thank you for the service you provided me and my family I feel much safer knowing your roof coatings are on my house than not. I recommend you whenever I get the chance ,lately that has kept me very busy.

I am thrilled with the roof treatment that you applied prior to Hurricane Wilma during the 2005 Hurricane season. Anthony has installed his trade-marked patent pending roof coating system application to my home.
I have examined his sample of the final roof coating and feel that it is adequate to waterproof and protect my roof. His system preparations of cleaning, filling of separations with slurry, adhesive coating, and final coatings with rubber roof shield were accomplished in a careful manner by competent workers. These further considerations influenced my decision: The final product is easily restored without a repeat of the initial prep work. The product is a top coating which flows protectively over joints and protrusions. The job is done quickly and with little mess. The alternative, conventional tile re-roofing is disruptive, expensive, very time consuming, and when repairs are needed, the roof is broken at the top layer to gain access to an assumed point of leakage. Matching tile may not be available.
